Bissell Maple Farm is an Ohio Family operation that has been making maple syrup since the late 1800’s. Located in Jefferson, Ohio, they utilize their state-of-the-art facility to age high quality maple syrup.

After speaking with Owner Nate Bissell (whose family has had the maple farm since the 1800s) and the Head of Sale Jessica Bailey we knew we needed to collaborate.
We then shipped out 3 freshly dumped bourbon barrels (leaving a little goodness in the barrels to keep the flavor) and Nate and the team started the aging process.
What came out is truly a one-of-a-kind high-quality bourbon maple syrup. Buttery with a hint of bourbon you will not be disappointed by this flavor. While it is of course great on pancakes we have also been experimenting with some cocktails (currently loving a Bourbon, Lime Juice, and Maple Syrup)
Nates team also sent back the used maple bourbon barrels and we are now aging bourbon, rye, and moonshine in the barrels for a limited release to come down the road.
