Where is 10th Mountain Whiskey & Spirit Co. located?
Our Tasting Room is located at 227 Bridge St, Vail, CO 81657, and is open every day from 11 - 11.Our Distillery is located at 500 Trail Gulch Rd, Gypsum, CO 81637, Thursday - Sunday, 1 - 9, or by appointment any other day of the week.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are encouraged for a distillery tour but generally are not needed if you are coming in for drinks.
Are pets allowed?
Yes
Do you serve food?
We do not serve food, but you are welcome to bring in outside food. No outside beverages are permitted.
Is your facility ADA accessible?
Yes.

How long will it take to receive my package?
If you have placed an order with our out-of-state shipping partner, your package can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

How do I change my address or other shipping information after my order has been processed or shipped?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed up for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact tom@10thwhiskey.com for orders placed with our out-of-state shipping partner.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs continue to rise across the country, but we have a fixed rate for orders $1 - $100 ($19.99), $101 - $149 ($14.99), over $150 (complimentary)
How do I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

How do I return an order?
We do not accept returns but please reach out to tom@10thwhiskey.com with your request. Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
Something went wrong with my order. How do I talk to a real person?

Our Shipping partner Rackhouse Connect ships to every state except the following States:

My order is taking longer to arrive than I expected or there seems to be an issue with my shipment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please keep in mind that all orders that contain alcohol need to be received by a person over the age of 21.
Does someone need to be present to sign for this package?
Yes. All packages that contain alcohol need to be delivered to and signed for by a person over the age of 21.
I have missed my delivery; how do I reschedule?
My package arrived damaged; how do I get a replacement?
