As a Brand Ambassador with 10th Mountain Whiskey & Spirit Co., you will be the face of our products, hosting a wide array of events and product tastings while sharing the company’s history and quality products with community members. We are looking for part-time Brand Ambassadors who will be assigned to liquor store tastings, industry events, and/or outside market/festival events. Shifts will generally be scheduled on Fridays after 2:45 p.m., Saturdays/Sundays after 10 a.m., and occasionally on Thursdays after 2:45 p.m.

As a Colorado Small-Batch Distillery, we are deeply committed to crafting high-quality small-batch spirits. We offer craft bourbon, rye whiskey, American single malt, potato vodka, cordial, and moonshine. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing craft beverage industry.

Requirements needed:

• Passion for distilled and craft spirits, knowledge of spirits
• Prior experience with group interactions, presenting and/or working events
• Sales experience a plus
• Availability and willingness to travel locally with products for tasting/sales events
• Positive and friendly, demonstrates top-notch customer service
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all times through written and verbal forms
• Must be able to sample the product and effectively communicate product benefits
• Complete background check
• Comfort with ambiguity and change, demonstrating a calm demeanor in challenging situations
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift at least 30 lbs, at times 50lbs
• Standing- up to 12 hours per day on occasion
• Able to occasionally work outside in all weather conditions (farm markets and festivals)

Responsibilities:

Being a Brand Ambassador at 10th Mountain Whiskey & Spirit Co. is a hospitality and sales position. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for:

• Arriving on-time
• Driving to the assigned store or event location
• Transport, set up and take-down of any equipment, product, and marketing materials (offsite)
• Understanding and educating customers on the products and history of 10th Mountain Whiskey & Spirit Co.
• Selling bottles at the markets and festivals
• Providing genuine, friendly, courteous, professional service to all team members, distributors and customers
• Utilization of problem-solving skills when situations do not go as planned
• Constant communication with team members and the Offsite Events Manager
• Proper mixology and/or product knowledge. Training provided
• Other duties assigned to support the business operations include inventory of supplies, transfer of supplies, etc.
• Available to work 1-2 shifts each weekend (4 shifts per month guarantee). Additional hours may be, but flexibility is a must.
