Refund policy

For Merchandise: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

For Spirits: All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. To cancel an order, please email support@rackhouseconnect.com within the first 24 hours after making the purchase. While we cannot guarantee the cancellation, our team will do its best to fulfill your request. Additional fees may apply for any post-purchase changes.

Delivery carriers may attempt up to three times to secure an adult signature for product delivery. The number of attempts may vary by carrier.

No refunds will be provided if your order of alcohol is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details. We incur a $20 fee for all returned packages that couldn't be delivered after the maximum number of attempts, and an additional $20 for a subsequent delivery attempt. Refunds for such cases will only be considered if you are willing to cover these extra charges totaling $40.

We do offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or are not up to your satisfaction, provided that you report the issue within 30 days of receiving the delivery.
